By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on ppp999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

To register and maintain an account on ppp999, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of ppp999.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ppp999 login credentials. • Do not share your ppp999 login details with any other person, including family members.

ppp999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. There are no foreign currency transactions, and no conversion fees are applied on ppp999.

All deposits to ppp999 must come from payment methods registered in your own name. ppp999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, whether friends, family members, or any other individuals. Third-party deposits will be returned where possible and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

ppp999 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on any account at any time, including as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention processes. Deposit limits requested by members through the responsible gaming tools will be implemented promptly and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period after they are set.

Withdrawals from your ppp999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner. The minimum withdrawal amount on ppp999 is Rs 500.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 25 minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one working day depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals may take two to five working days depending on your card issuer.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the next working day.

In cases where ppp999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account misuse, or a breach of these Terms, ppp999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Any such decisions will be communicated to the affected member and resolved as quickly as possible.

The following general rules apply to all ppp999 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds on ppp999 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the Promotions page. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified ppp999 members only. New member welcome bonuses are available once per player, household, IP address, and device.
• Time Limits: Every ppp999 bonus carries an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically.

All bets placed on ppp999 are final once confirmed. ppp999 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets unless a clear technical error has occurred on the Platform's side. A change of mind or a shift in your assessment of the likely outcome after placing a bet does not constitute grounds for cancellation.

• ppp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected members will be notified and their stake refunded promptly.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and market. The minimum stake for sports bets on ppp999 is Rs 100. Minimum slot bets are displayed within each individual game.
• ppp999 uses certified random number generators for all slot and casino games. All live casino games use real dealers operating under monitored and verified conditions. Game outcomes are not influenced by ppp999 or any third party.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game or live bet, ppp999's server records will be used to determine the state of the game or bet at the point of disconnection. The resolution will be applied fairly and in accordance with the rules of the specific game.

Members accept that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that losses are a possible and expected outcome. ppp999 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for losses incurred through normal gameplay.

ppp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Chargeback or payment reversal without legitimate justification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

Where an account is closed due to a genuine breach of these Terms or fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited.
